Online video-based counselling sessions
Comfortable and easy. Studies have shown that there is no difference in efficiency between video sessions and live sessions.
The online session is done through Skype. I will send you my Skype address prior to our meeting and you can connect with me at the time of our session.
You will need to be in a private and quiet space. You will need a computer, a tablet or a smart phone.
Over the phone counselling sessions
You will call me at the time of our session. You will need to be in a private and quiet space.
In-person counselling sessions
They take place in my office in either Penticton or Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.
