I have been involved with activism for more than a decade. I understand the challenges that stem from it. I have been providing counselling to a wide range of activists that have experienced stress, isolation, despair, loneliness, trauma and depression.
It can be traumatic to navigate in the world with a high level of awareness. I understand that. I believe in our ability to change, to learn, to grow, to develop our full potential, to find our place in the world and stand up for it.
I use an integrative approach to support your process and to help you create the change you want or need. I use tools such as mindfulness, coaching, strength based approach, compassion based approach, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing and clinical hypnotherapy.

The breath practice is done lying in a comfortable position while breathing through the mouth. I will guide you and adapt the session to your own needs.
