Originally from Québec, Canada, Carole currently resides in the beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada. She has traveled extensively and loves nature and animals. She values social justice and is an animal rights activist. She had to adapt to a wide variety of life situations, such as many personal transitions, death of a significant one, long term relationship and conscious separation. She navigates through the world with a high level of sensibility and she believes that every life matters.
As a dedicated vegan activist, one of her core values is Love and Compassion for all living beings. Carole is also a Yogini. She has practiced and studied yoga for the past 20 years. Mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork are part of her daily life as well.
Carole’s counselling practice is rooted in her belief in the power of Compassion, and our ability to connect and manifest our inner strengths and wisdom. She has worked with teenagers and adults in different capacities for the past 22 years. Her background includes, individual counselling, program development, teaching and facilitating.
Who am I ?
I am a human being who has always searched ways to connect with her heart, its inner peace and wisdom as well as to free herself from pain and social conditioning. I have done that through different studies and extensive experiential personal work.
What I believe ?
I believe in self-empowerment and inner strength. I believe that every situation is a learning experience. From my perspective, the learning process in the key to our growth. I believe in the power of self-love, forgiveness and compassion for all.
How do I help ?
I provide support and contribute to transformation of people from all walks of life. I support people in their emotional, mental and spiritual journey. I use tools such as traditional counselling, mindfulness practices, hypnotherapy, breathwork techniques and yoga elements.
